The ARBOR ARTS-7670 is an IP69K rated rugged waterproof edge computer purpose built for extreme environments, outdoor deployments, and in vehicle AI computing. Featuring a fully sealed enclosure, the system provides superior protection against dust, water ingress, and high pressure, high temperature wash downs, making it suitable for installations exposed to rain, mud, vibration, or frequent cleaning. Its fanless thermal design eliminates moving parts that are prone to failure, significantly enhancing long term reliability and reducing maintenance at remote or mobile sites. Certified to MIL STD 810H for shock and vibration and compliant with E Mark vehicle standards, the ARTS-7670 operates reliably across a wide temperature range from –40°C to +70°C, ensuring stable performance in heavy vehicles, mining equipment, and smart transportation infrastructure.
Vehicle Optimized Power, Expansion & Secure Platform
Designed specifically for mobile and in vehicle installations, the ARTS-7670 supports a wide range 9V to 48V DC power input with tolerance up to 60V, ensuring stable operation under fluctuating vehicle power conditions. An onboard accelerometer (G-Sensor) and Gyroscope enable motion detection, orientation awareness, and enhanced system reliability for dynamic and vibration-prone environments. The platform offers strong scalability through dual DDR5 SO DIMM slots supporting up to 96GB memory, an M.2 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe slot, and two 2.5 inch SATA drive bays with RAID 0/1 support. Wireless and communication expansion is available via mini PCIe and M.2 B key slots, allowing integration of Wi Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, or 5G modules with dual SIM capability. For security and system integrity, the ARTS-7670 integrates dTPM 2.0 and supports Windows® 11 and mainstream industrial operating systems, making it a secure and future ready edge computing platform for smart transportation, outdoor edge AI, industrial automation, and rugged IoT gateway deployments.
High Performance Edge AI Computing & Industrial I/O
Powered by Intel® 12th, 13th, and 14th Generation Core™ processors with 35W and 65W TDP options and built on the Intel® Q670E industrial chipset, the ARTS-7670 delivers the computing performance required for real time analytics, edge AI inference, machine vision, and mission critical control systems. To support data intensive edge workloads, the platform integrates four 2.5GbE PoE+ ports using M12 X coded connectors, providing up to 100W total PoE power for AI cameras and IP sensors. Vehicle and industrial communications are further enabled through dual isolated CAN FD interfaces and isolated RS 232, RS 422, and RS 485 serial ports, ensuring stable and noise resistant data transmission in electrically harsh environments. For display and peripheral connectivity, a waterproof USB 3.2 Type C port supports both DisplayPort video output and high speed data transfer, complemented by an M12 based VGA output and multiple USB ports for legacy and industrial devices.
